PPGL coil is a prepainted galvalume steel coil produced by applying organic color coating onto Al-Zn coated steel substrate. The galvalume base provides excellent corrosion resistance and heat reflection, while the color coating improves appearance, weather resistance and surface protection.

PPGL stands for prepainted galvalume steel. It is made by cleaning and pretreating galvalume steel coil, applying primer and top paint, and baking the coating through a continuous color coating line.
