The 600,000-ton cooperation agreement has been finalized: Our company has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with a leading South Korean construction company.

On this occasion of deepening international cooperation and jointly opening a new chapter of development, our company conducted a fruitful and pleasant visit and exchange with a delegation from our important strategic partner in the South Korean construction industry. In a candid and pragmatic atmosphere, both parties jointly signed a long-term strategic cooperation framework agreement, marking a new stage of systematic and comprehensive collaboration in the field of large-scale infrastructure construction material supply. The South Korean delegation, accompanied by our company’s directors, consisted of members from core positions in procurement, technology, and project management. Their visit aimed to conduct in-depth technical inspections and business negotiations.

During the visit, accompanied by the General Manager and relevant business and technical leaders, the delegation toured our modern steelmaking and rolling production line and high-standard materials testing center. The efficient, orderly, and intelligent production site left a vivid and profound impression on the guests. We provided a detailed introduction to the entire production process and quality control system for high-strength steel bars and H-beams—products widely used in high-rise buildings, bridges, and transportation hubs—fully demonstrating our comprehensive capabilities from precise control of smelting composition to strict control of final product dimensional tolerances. The delegation expressed strong interest in the production line’s automation level and its big data-based process monitoring system, and particularly appreciated our company’s independent quality data archives for each batch of products, believing they perfectly met the stringent requirements of high-end engineering projects for material performance consistency and traceability.

In the subsequent meeting, based on a consensus on future market trends and a shared desire to establish a stable and mutually trusting cooperative relationship, both parties happily established an innovative cooperation model centered on “framework assurance and project implementation.” Addressing the Korean partner’s annual demand of approximately 600,000 to 800,000 tons, fluctuating with the cycles of large-scale projects, both parties jointly constructed a two-tiered collaborative structure combining a “long-term strategic cooperation framework agreement” and “specific project contracts.” The framework agreement signed at the beginning of each year will lock in approximately 60% of the projected demand and adopt a floating pricing mechanism of “industry authoritative price index + reasonable handling fees” to effectively manage market price fluctuation risks and ensure the stability and cost fairness of long-term cooperation. For each specific large-scale engineering project—such as the construction of a typical high-speed rail hub station—the required approximately 8,000 tons of steel bars and 10,000 tons of H-beams will be delivered precisely in 3 to 4 batches within 8 months. Both parties will sign a separate project contract, clearly defining technical standards, phased delivery milestones, and customized logistics solutions. All key production data and inspection reports will be made available to the project owner, achieving fully transparent material management from the steel mill to the construction site. This ensures reliable quality and vividly demonstrates the deep mutual trust between the two companies.

Logistics and supply chain collaboration is a crucial aspect of this deepened cooperation. To precisely match the wide distribution and tight deadlines of our partner’s projects, we will leverage our nationwide warehousing and logistics network to design and implement a collaborative distribution service combining “hub warehouses + project-front warehouses” for their multiple concurrent projects. Through intelligent planning and scheduling and real-time logistics tracking, we are committed to achieving precise and just-in-time (JIT) supply to key construction sites, significantly reducing on-site inventory and secondary transshipment costs, thereby directly improving project construction efficiency and the level of management sophistication. During the exchange, the South Korean project manager sincerely stated, “This supply chain service model, deeply integrated into the project lifecycle, transcends the traditional material buying and selling relationship. It not only ensures stable supply but also allows the project team to focus more on advancing the project—truly achieving the co-creation of value for both parties.”

The exchange visit concluded successfully amidst gains and laughter. Both sides expressed a positive outlook on future cooperation and agreed to maintain close communication to ensure the smooth implementation of cooperative projects and build a long-term, stable partnership. We are confident that this cooperation has not only resulted in the signing of an agreement but has also planted a thriving tree of friendship. We look forward to working hand in hand with our South Korean partners, collaborating closely on future projects, meeting challenges together, and creating more solid and brilliant engineering chapters. May our cooperation, like a seedling in spring, flourish and grow stronger, building a better future together.
